1. Overview

Balance Reset ("the App") is developed and operated by Dmitry Senchikhin. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

The short version: we collect almost nothing. Your data stays on your device.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data stored locally on your device only

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device using Apple's UserDefaults:

Daily wish counter — how many wishes you have used today (resets every day)
Purchase counter — how many wishes you purchased today (resets every day)
Current date — to determine when to reset daily counters
Theme preference — light, dark, or system appearance

This data is never transmitted to any server. It is never shared with third parties. It exists only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

2.2 Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect:

Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
Your location
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
Usage analytics or crash reports
Any data from your Apple ID or Apple account

3. In-App Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all purchase transactions.

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework solely to display available purchases, process transactions via Apple, and verify completed purchases.

4. Apple ID Balance Feature

The "Check Apple ID Balance" feature provides informational guidance only. The App cannot and does not access your Apple ID balance, account information, or any Apple account data.

5. Widgets

The home screen and lock screen widget displays motivational messages using the same locally stored data as the main App. The widget does not transmit any data.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

All data stored by the App is on your device. To delete all App data, uninstall the App from your device.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top.

11. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Union: since we do not collect personal data, no legal basis under GDPR is required for data processing. The only data stored is purely functional and remains exclusively on your device.
