These terms govern your use of the Vocela iOS app, including the iPhone and iPad app and the Apple Watch companion and widget that ship with it. By downloading or using Vocela, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Vocela is an English speaking-practice app. It includes lessons, conversation practice, pronunciation practice, and on-device coaching with Apple Intelligence when that feature is available on your device. It is a study aid. It is not a school, an official exam, or a promise that you will reach a particular level.

No guarantee of results

Feedback, scores, transcripts, and lesson suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Vocela does not guarantee fluency, a test result, or that a correction is the only acceptable English. You remain responsible for how you use what you practice.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vocela on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law does not allow this restriction.

Subscriptions

• Levels 1–3 stay available without a subscription. Vocela Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple.
• The plans are Vocela Pro Monthly (com.vocela.ios.pro.monthly) and Vocela Pro Yearly (com.vocela.ios.pro.yearly).
• Pro unlocks levels from 4 onward, unlimited AI conversations, Pronunciation Pro and the adaptive path, unlimited My Words and photo import, and advanced learning insights.
• The price is shown in the app from the App Store and charged by Apple to your Apple ID. We do not receive your card number.
• There is no lifetime purchase. If Apple shows an introductory offer or free trial before you confirm a purchase, eligibility and billing are determined by Apple.
• A subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or on-device data does not cancel a subscription.
• If you start a paid plan during a free trial, unused trial time is forfeited as described by Apple.
• You can restore a purchase in the app with the same Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, try to bypass a subscription, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not interfere with the app or with other people’s devices.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or stop features, including lessons and on-device coaching. Apple Intelligence, speech recognition, and iCloud depend on your device and on Apple. We are not liable for downtime or for a feature being unavailable on a particular device.

Disclaimer

Vocela is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost progress, lost profits, or other damages arising from use of Vocela or from incorrect feedback. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Learning data stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud database.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Отзывы, оценки, расшифровки и рекомендации уроков могут быть неполными или неверными. Vocela не гарантирует свободное владение языком, результат экзамена и то, что предложенная правка — единственный допустимый английский. Вы сами отвечаете за то, как используете практику.

Лицензия

Мы даём вам личную, неисключительную, непередаваемую лицензию использовать Vocela на устройствах Apple, которыми вы владеете или управляете, в пределах правил App Store. Нельзя копировать, разбирать или распространять приложение, кроме случаев, когда закон не разрешает такое ограничение.

Подписки

• Уровни 1–3 доступны без подписки. Vocela Pro — автопродлеваемая подписка, которую продаёт Apple.
• Планы: Vocela Pro Monthly (com.vocela.ios.pro.monthly) и Vocela Pro Yearly (com.vocela.ios.pro.yearly).
• Pro открывает уровни с 4-го, безлимитные диалоги с ИИ, Pronunciation Pro и адаптивный путь, безлимитные «Мои слова» и импорт по фото, а также расширенную аналитику обучения.
• Цену показывает App Store в приложении, оплату списывает Apple с вашего Apple ID. Номер карты мы не получаем.
• Пожизненной покупки нет. Если Apple показывает вводное предложение или бесплатный пробный период до подтверждения покупки, право на него и списание определяет Apple.
• Подписка продлевается, пока вы не отмените её минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода в настройках подписок Apple ID. Удаление приложения или данных на устройстве подписку не отменяет.
• Если вы оформляете платный план во время пробного периода, неиспользованное пробное время сгорает так, как это описывает Apple.
• Покупку можно восстановить в приложении с тем же Apple ID.

Также действует лицензионное соглашение Apple для лицензированных приложений: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Допустимое использование

Нельзя злоупотреблять приложением, обходить подписку или использовать Vocela для чего-либо незаконного. Нельзя мешать работе приложения или чужим устройствам.

Доступность

Мы можем менять, приостанавливать или отключать функции, включая уроки и подсказки на устройстве. Apple Intelligence, распознавание речи и iCloud зависят от устройства и от Apple. Мы не отвечаем за простои и за то, что функция недоступна на конкретном устройстве.

Отказ от гарантий

Vocela предоставляется «как есть». В пределах, допустимых законом, мы отказываемся от гарантий точности, пригодности для продажи и пригодности для конкретной цели.

Ограничение ответственности

В пределах, допустимых законом, мы не отвечаем за потерянный прогресс, упущенную выгоду и другой ущерб из-за использования Vocela или неверной обратной связи. В некоторых странах такие ограничения запрещены. Там наша ответственность ограничена в максимальной степени, которую позволяет закон.

Конфиденциальность

Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как обрабатывается информация. Учебные данные остаются на устройстве и, если включён iCloud, в вашей личной базе iCloud.

Изменения

Мы можем обновлять эти условия. Дата вступления в силу при этом меняется. Продолжение использования после обновления означает согласие с новыми условиями.
