For help with the ProFit/AI iPhone app, open a support request. Include your device, iOS version, and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
Subscription not active
If ProFit/AI Pro does not unlock after a purchase, open the subscription screen or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that paid.
Cancel renewal
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ProFit/AI Pro, then Cancel. You can also use Manage Subscriptions. Apple handles billing questions for the subscription.
Delete data
Settings includes Delete Account and Data. That erases ProFit/AI data on this iPhone and the private iCloud copy when sync is on. It does not cancel the subscription.
Offline workouts
A workout can be completed without a network connection. It is saved on this iPhone.
Missing Apple features
If Apple Intelligence or Image Playground is unavailable, coaching uses ProFit/AI's built-in answers and a transformation stays a draft.
